Expert services are provided by independent professionals. ClippiJapan acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality or delivery of services. Bookings are subject to cancellation policies set by individual experts.

4.3 Experiences

Experience bookings are subject to availability and may be cancelled or modified by the experience provider. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of each individual experience listing.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount including taxes and fees
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize ClippiJapan to charge your payment method
• Accept that all prices are in JPY unless otherwise stated

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on ClippiJapan agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful listings
• Fulfill orders and bookings in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance where required

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

9. Limitation of Liability

ClippiJapan acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• The accuracy of listings or seller information
• The ability of sellers to complete transactions
• The ability of buyers to pay for items
• Any disputes between buyers and sellers

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between users, ClippiJapan encourages parties to resolve issues directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, ClippiJapan may, at its discretion, assist in mediation. All disputes are subject to the laws of Japan.

11. Modifications to Terms

ClippiJapan reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
